When ΕΡΓΑΝΗ is not answering
- The work card keeps recording every clock-in and clock-out as usual. The declarations are sent to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ as soon as it answers again.
- The law asks the employer to tell their local Labour Inspectorate when the problem began and when it ended, by any suitable means and on the same day.
